Balajee has top-of-the-line steel manufacturing integrated steel plants located in Raipur. With state of the art technology, high-end machinery, and fully equipped quality assurance and testing laboratories, we are able to produce high quality products. We have an annual production capacity of 3.6 L MPTA. Our plants are equipped with the latest steel making facilities such as Continuous Casting and Automatic Section Mill. The Group also has an equipped laboratory with Spectrometer and UTM Machine to carry out all tests and quality checks (Physical and Chemical) for products manufactured in the mills.

We also ensure complete safety for the staff working at our plants. Our responsibility doesn’t stop at only us but it also extends to the environment. We actively pursue our efforts towards reducing, reusing and recycling of waste.

Step 1

Raw Material (Sponge Iron and Cast Iron) is added to the induction furnace and melted.

Step 2

After removal of impurity and on attaining perfect temperature liquid metal is poured in a laddle.

Step 3

The ladle is taken to continuous casting machine (CCM) which gives shapes to the metal.

Step 4

Metal comes out in solid rectangle pieces which are known as billets.

Step 5

Desired length billet is taken to rolling mills using conveyor tables and rolled into desired section.

Step 6

Ends are cut and materials is cut according to order length. And QC is done before tha material are ready for dispatched.
